This week, China's raw material alumina price continued last week’s steady trend, with little price fluctuations. It is expected that in the coming week, the price of alumina may rise steadily, but the increase may also be relatively limited. Given the recent stable price of alumina, the price of white fused alumina will remain unchanged. It is expected that in the coming week, the price of white fused alumina may run steadily.
This week, the price of ordinary power graphite electrodes showed signs of slight decreasing. However, due to limited mining and tight supply, the prices of high-grade bauxite raw ore and mature bauxite may also increase. Taken as a whole, the price of raw materials and auxiliary materials is still high, which has also formed a strong supporting effect on the price of brown fused alumina, and the current spot supply of brown fused alumina remains tight, so it is expected that in the next week, the price of brown fused alumina may stay firm.
Driven by the continued increase in the price of raw material anthracite, most of black silicon carbide abrasive manufacturers continue to raise their product prices this week. At the same time, as prices have risen, most downstream companies have increased their purchases to prevent risks caused by continued price increases. Therefore, most of the black silicon carbide manufacturers' inventories fell further this week. It is expected that in the coming week, the price of black silicon carbide may continue to show an upward trend.
This week, due to stable market demand and no change in the price of green silicon carbide raw blocks, the price of green silicon carbide continued to run stably.
